Vegan Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Get your protein fix the vegan way. Zap yourself a smoothie with gluten-free rice protein powder and organic frozen blueberries. Antioxidants never tasted so good. Change ingredients accordingly to suit your own allergenic persuasion.
For one smoothie:
3/4 cup ice cold gluten-free almond milk coconut or soy milk
2/3 cup frozen blueberries- organic, if possible
2 tablespoons Nutribiotic Vanilla Rice Protein Powder
1 serving stevia, or agave, to taste
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a blender
Feel fabulous.
